The Patient Advocate will work directly with the Director of Customer Experience to assist with patient and family concerns. The Patient Advocate acts as an intermediary for patient relations and customer experience. Serves as liaison between patients, their families, and the hospital's departments and administration. This position is for full-time day shift, with hours that are negotiable and may vary to meet hospital needs.
