About The Position

Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment (50+ calls preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with fluency in Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to patients and doctor's offices.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve patients' inquiries.
  • Provide customers with therapy and service information.
  • Update existing patients' data.
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources when applicable.
  • Follow-up on patient calls and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Create leads and book appointments.
