Requirements

• Experience in a group setting with a child
• Associates degree in Child Development or related field
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
• Keep others informed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree
• Computer skills

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements high-quality, comprehensive individual and group activities.
• Collaborates with Foundation, Marketing, and Public Relations in fundraising events and donor relations/activities.
• Promotes participation in hospital-wide and unit-based special events.
• Serves as liaison for patient needs between Child Life Specialists and other staff as needed.
• Provides computer and audio-visual activities and programming.
