Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. The Patient Account Representative, under the general supervision of the Patient Accounts Director, is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and payment entries using the practice management system. Additionally, this role involves verifying patient insurance coverage, processing claims, and ensuring that charge entry is correctly code. The Patient Account Representative possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals.
