About The Position
Patient Account Representatives are responsible for collection of account balances from OCI patients, as applicable. As a Patient Accounts Representative you will be familiar with practice contracts and be able to recognize, investigate, and follow-up on claim payments that are insufficient. The Patient Representative Team ensures all patient accounts are accurate. The Patient Account Representative Team works all accounts for the following companies: Orthopedic Center of Illinois and the Orthopedic Surgery Center of Illinois. All collection action is performed by the guidelines set forth by the Orthopedic Center of Illinois.
