Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.
  • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word.
  • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
  • Evangelize customers and turn disgruntled patients into fans.
  • Support Field teams, Operations, and Sales by delivering timely feedback.
  • Critically problem-solve common complaints and recommend preventative measures.
  • Proactively create a better patient experience.
  • Champion the employee experience and drive company culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee programs.
  • Review new and recurring patient accounts for necessary documentation.
  • Research and secure required information for equipment coverage.
  • Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients.
  • Evaluate documentation for compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement.
