About The Position

The Patient Account Representative assists patients with all aspects of their bill and health insurance claims. This includes filing claims to insurance companies and following up on claims.

Requirements

• Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education required.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
