Interact effectively with co-workers. Other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to type
  • Previous telephone customer service experience required
  • Must be able to multi-task & perform effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced & high volume environment
  • Needs to have a good understanding of medical insurance
  • Minimum of 1 year previous hospital or medical office medical insurance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Meditech and Cerner systems experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
