The Patient Business Services Follow-up Representative reports to the Patient Business Services Follow-up Manager. S/he is responsible for actively collecting and managing healthcare receivables and processing assigned patient accounts in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assists with priority accounts, problem resolution and exception processing. Must exercise tact and sound judgment in obtaining cooperation rather than confrontation. Other duties may apply as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
