About The Position
The Early Out Self Pay Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service while resolving patient self-pay balances. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a compassionate, solutions-oriented approach to collections. The Representative will work within Coronis Health's standard operating procedures and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle.
