About The Position
The Patient Account Representative 3 - Clinic works closely with management and supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient operations of the specific areas as assigned. Generally, this senior position is responsible for more generalized tasks, fulfilling a role with a very broadly defined scope for special projects. Depending on the specific area assigned, the Patient Account Representative 3 - Clinic may also be responsible for training and onboarding of new hires, and/or team lead responsibilities in high-volume areas. #CB
Requirements
- 3 years experience in related field. Related field is defined as Business, Billing, Coding, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, or Scheduling.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated record of leadership and management excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
