About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Patient FinancialServices, this position is responsible for accurate insurance and self-paybilling and follow-up . Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation

Requirements

• Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Computer skills preferred

Nice To Haves

• One year of current hospital collection/billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of government billing, stop loss adjudication language, insurance appeals process, and RAC audits preferred.
