About The Position

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to patients, employees, visitors, and vendors at South Peninsula Hospital. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in computerized hospital patient accounts is preferred.
  • Ability to operate general office machines such as a typewriter, computer, adding machine, photocopier, FAX, and multi-line switchboard phone system.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor when dealing with patients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn departmental policies.
