About The Position

  • Follow up on patient accounts, including processing or rebilling late claims.
  • Submit requests for corrections to cash posting errors and follow up on these requests.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding problem payers and reimbursement issues.
  • Interpret payer contract summaries to evaluate under and over payments.
  • Meet department's productivity and quality goals in a high-volume processing environment.
