If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer. You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection. You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions. This position is key to enhancing the patient experience at ProMedica.
