Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate patient information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
