Requirements

• High School or Equivalent education required.
• 1 year Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year Registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from patients looking to schedule their imaging and radiology appointments.
• May be responsible for Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging.
• May be required to rotate shifts periodically.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
