Verifies and updates demographic information. Collects monies for copays, supplies, and services rendered. Balances daily cash collections. Obtains patient signatures. Assists patients with ancillary appointment scheduling and forms. Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments. Answers and directs telephone calls. (u-s)
