Responsibilities

  • Answer patient calls and address concerns
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with billing and payment inquiries
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information (HIPPA)
  • Calls patients daily to confirm next day’s appointment
