We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented team player to join our medical call center! Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide support with insurance and billing. Strong communication skills, medical terminology knowledge, and ability to multitask a must.

Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls and address concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with billing and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information (HIPPA)
- Calls patients daily to confirm next day’s appointment
