About The Position

RAMC is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to join us! This position will be at our Physicians Group Clinic! The Patient Access Specialist arranges for the efficient and orderly registration and scheduling of patients throughout the Physician's Group Clinic. Gather information from the patient and enter it into the database. Performs clerical and reception duties associated with registration.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good organizational Skills
• Good Time Management
• Excellent hand-written and oral communication skills, grammar, punctuation, and style
• Ability to work independently
• Resourceful; is aware of and utilizes the available resources
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Continuously sits at a desk
• Frequently stands to perform tasks
• Occasionally push/pull with up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a hospital or other medical environment is preferred.
