The Patient Access Specialist provides essential support by collaborating with radiologists, technologists, referring providers/clinic, registration staff, front desk attendants, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth coordination of services. This role involves providing administrative coverage at the front desk, monitoring the clinic appointment line, scheduling appointments for clients from various external systems, answering multiline telephones, processing payments for clinical services, completing client registration and documentation, scheduling interpreters, and retrieving billing charges. The position is located at the CHS - Bluffton Medical Pavilion (Offsite) and offers flexible hours with weekend shifts available.
