About The Position

Alluvion Health is seeking a Float Patient Access Specialist to support multiple clinic locations in Great Falls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or customer service settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism, compassion, and care.
• Schedule and confirm medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient messages in a timely manner.
• Collect and verify patient information, demographics, and insurance coverage.
• Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs (Sliding Fee Discount Program).
• Collect co-pays, fees, and payments at time of service.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to healthcare providers.
• Float between multiple Alluvion Health clinics as needed to support patient care.
