About The Position

This position is a temporary-to-hire role that requires candidates to start on 10/13. The role is onsite and involves performing data entry with a high degree of accuracy, providing customer service support for overflow needs from other internal teams, creating and updating accounts and cases accurately, and updating account information from medical billers. Candidates who meet performance and attendance expectations may be offered a permanent position after the assignment.

Requirements

  • Strong, accurate data entry capabilities
  • Professional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Email, and web-based applications
  • Fast and accurate typing/keyboard skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions
  • Ability to operate in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Receptive to feedback and coaching

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
  • Experience in environments involving problem-solving, decision-making, and high customer interaction
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or tracking systems
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry settings
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by patients with medical conditions
