Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to understand and explain insurance coverage and billing practices.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in patient access or similar roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing practices and insurance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access activity for ancillary, diagnostic, surgical, and emergency services.
• Facilitate efficient operations and expeditious reimbursement.
• Act as a liaison between INTEGRIS and patients, providers, and payers for all pre-care matters related to account resolution.
• Provide information regarding patients' coverage eligibility and benefits.
• Assist patients in understanding coverage benefits and terminology.
