In this position, you'll work across six imaging modalities, assisting patients as they prepare for their exams, becoming certified to provide oral contrast, and helping them navigate to their next area of care. The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
