About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience at the Brookfield Heart & Vasc Clinic. This position focuses on front-of-house interactions, ensuring that patients and visitors feel welcomed and supported. The PASR is responsible for providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone, contributing to a positive healthcare environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong proactive organizational skills are a must.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
