Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with telephones and computers.
• Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced office setting and have excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a healthcare setting highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients and their needs by scheduling in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution reach, and EMR.
• Rescheduling appointments as needed
• Schedule incoming referrals
• Aid with mailings and other projects as call volume permits.
