How you’ll make an impact in this role Schedule patient appointments and procedures accurately with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and resource utilization. Gather and accurately enter patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the appropriate database to establish a complete and compliant patient record. Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorization processes to ensure financial clearance and reduce out-of-pocket stress for the patient. Educate patients on pre-service requirements, instructions, and financial responsibilities, promoting a clear and comfortable experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Office experience preferred
- Will travel between various AMG clinic locations within Wichita for coverage.
- Hours can vary depending on the clinical location.
