About The Position

This PRN Position will work weekends and be able to pick up shifts as needed in both the clinic and the Emergency Department. This position will also be a part of the holiday rotation. The role is responsible for facilitating the patient registration flow, which includes activities such as point of service patient identification, gathering demographic information, securing financial, third-party, and sponsorship data, obtaining required signatures and documents for compliance, and appropriately collecting co-payment and reconciling cash. Additionally, the representative may be responsible for pre-registration, scheduling, benefit verification, pre-admission, and ED patient arrivals.
