Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced front office environment.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize duties, and have strong organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Patient intake
- Scheduling and registering patients
- Verifying insurances
- Tracking insurance authorizations
- Collecting copays
- Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions.
