Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Patient Access Representative for Patient Access Services as a full-time job in Nashville, Tennessee. The Patient Access Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and our guests. This position serves as the ambassador of service, setting the standard. This position greets customers and subsequently provides the highest level of customer service possible. Performs timely and accurate registrations, scheduling, complete benefit verification, patient education (regarding benefits), scanning, faxing, and appropriate authorizations, and referrals for services.
