About The Position

Keystone Patient Access Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion. We're looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in telephone systems and computer applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly (by the third ring) and professionally.
  • Identify the reason for the call and provide appropriate assistance or information.
  • Route callers to the correct individual or department as needed.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments via phone, Solution Reach, or EMR systems.
  • Book incoming referrals in a timely manner.
  • Assist with mailings and administrative projects when call volume permits.
