About The Position

The Patient Access Representative position at Oro Valley Hospital involves performing patient registration and providing office support duties of a complex nature. Requirements

• Six (6) months of customer service experience is required.
• One (1) year of registration experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI is preferred based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration duties accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Participate in the collection process of patient liability.
• Support the Admitting Department with various office tasks.
