About The Position

We are searching for a Patient Access Representative Supervisor to join our team! The Patient Access Representative (PAR) Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Assisting in the hiring of PAR staff, and 2) successfully supervising the Patient Access Representative Team. The Patient Access Representative (PAR) Supervisor shall be accountable for supporting Full Circle Health's PAR Department to successfully assist patients to navigate the Full Circle Health scheduling process to maximize customer / patient satisfaction and clinical operations. Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3 or more years of call center, scheduling, or reception experience (preferred)
• 2 or more years of supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring of Patient Access Representative (PAR) staff
• Supervise the Patient Access Representative Team
• Support the PAR Department in assisting patients with the scheduling process
• Maximize customer/patient satisfaction and clinical operations
