The Patient Access Representative will: Ensure an exceptional patient experience through high-quality customer service and seamless access to hospital and clinical services. Perfomr key responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, obtaining and verifying authorizations, pre-registration, collecting patient financial responsibility, and registration. Maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Proactively improve the patient experience while minimizing financial risk. Demonstrate a commitment to Springfield Hospital’s values while actively contributing to its mission and vision.
