The Patient Access Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients and ambassadors for Four County. This position provides dependable, high quality, and effective clerical services and meets the day-to-day operational needs of Four County. Duties include answering telephones, routing calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and providing information about Four County.
