Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead departmental scheduling to ensure resources are perfectly aligned with patient volume, creating a seamless flow for both staff and visitors.
  • Navigate the pre-authorization process with precision to ensure every scheduled procedure is cleared and ready for the clinical team.
  • Empower patients through financial clarity by proactively communicating insurance coverage and personal responsibility, removing ambiguity before care begins.
  • Drive operational readiness by managing essential supplies and staying ahead of shifting insurance regulations to keep the department compliant and fully equipped.
