This highly visible role works directly with patients to ensure accuracy of demographic, insurance, payment, and other vital patient information. They help manage questions, problem-solve patient and scheduling concerns, while maintaining exceptional patient service. The representative supports the medical care team, helping to streamline patient processing to improve patient satisfaction and keep appointments on schedule, thereby having a direct effect on both the revenue cycle and the patient experience.
