Performs outpatient and inpatient registrations including financial clearance tasks and functions. Collects patient financial liability payments, provides general information to hospital users, patients, families, and physician offices. Ensures that patients meet financial requirements including Medicare medical necessity, payer pre-certifications and referrals.
