The Patient Access Representative (PAR) is responsible for patient-facing registration and associated tasks such as information collection, validation, and requisitioning of orders and services. This role participates in insurance-related tasks including verification, collection of co-payments, and collection of associated paperwork. The PAR ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies and protocols, acting as a liaison between patients, providers, payers, and other related stakeholders for all post-care matters related to account resolution.
