As a Patient Access Representative Associate, your role is more than administrative—it's about creating a warm, reassuring experience during what can be a stressful time. With a kind smile and a calm demeanor, you greet and welcome each patient in person, helping them feel seen and supported from the very beginning. You guide patients through the registration process, carefully entering their information into the electronic medical record system. Your attention to detail ensures that every patient’s journey starts with accuracy and compassion. Whether answering questions, verifying insurance, or simply offering a comforting word, you play a vital role in connecting patients to the care they need. Key Position Details: Training is required Monday through Friday 8a - 430p for the first 3 weeks. 0.8 FTE (64 hours every two-week pay period) 8-hour, day/evening shifts: Workdays are generally 8-hour shifts between 645a -5p; Occasionally 1030a - 7p Occasional weekends - Sat/Sun hours for Express Care Coverage Job Description: Responsible for greeting and welcoming patients in person. Provides a standard registration process by collecting demographic and financial data and enters information into electronic medical record.
