About The Position

Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to: Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Requirements
