About The Position

The Patient Access Representative at the Adult Women's Primary Care Clinic is responsible for ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This role involves accurately entering patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, verifying insurance coverage, collecting necessary payments, and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• 6 months experience in a customer service/front desk role or a graduate of a front office/medical office program.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate critical thinking.
• Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to learn Epic software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately register patients in the EMR system.
• Validate patient information and verify insurance coverage.
• Collect required payments from patients.
