This role involves establishing, updating, and correcting patient chart information using eligibility guidelines, checking patients in and out, managing phone calls and messages, and contacting patients for follow-ups. The representative will also verify insurance eligibility, assign referrals, complete Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaires, and educate patients on various health benefits. Additional duties include scanning documentation, maintaining accurate patient records, and addressing patient requests from the patient portal.
