About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Register and check patients in/out for appointments.
  • Handle and reconcile patient payments.
  • Monitor and reconcile issues prior to patient visits.
  • Process referral orders and pre-authorizations for patients.
  • Coordinate appointments and ancillary services for patients.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance matters.
  • Coordinate patient instructional and educational activities.
