About The Position

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Patient Access Rep to join our Radiology Team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients. What you will do: Greet patients and administer check-in and registration Prepare charts Answer multi-line phone and triages calls Schedule appointments for exams and procedures Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments Create and maintain a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment Facility Information Mercy Medical Center has established itself as one of the leading providers of health care services in Western Massachusetts. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

  • Pay Range: $17-22/hr
  • Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
  • Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
  • The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
