We are searching for a talented Patient Access Rep $1,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. Requirements

  • Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is required.
  • Good computer and typing skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of medical office practice experience or graduation from a medical secretary program or the equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Position reports to the Practice Manager/Administrator or designee.
  • Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s).
  • Perform various operational support functions including scheduling patient visits, tests and surgical procedures.
  • Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
  • May cover different offices as needed or directed.
