Responsibilities

• Facilitates and stages a personalized, high-quality experience for patients, visitors, and families.
• Maintains a visible presence upon entry and departure from the facility.
• Manages patient flow by monitoring and anticipating patient arrivals and departures.
• Registers patients for all outpatient diagnostic services.
• Obtains and verifies patient information and insurance details.
• Ensures proper referrals and authorizations are on file as needed.
• Collects patient responsibility at the time of service.
• Completes assigned work list tasks.
