Responsibilities

• Enter insurance policy number, group number, address, and telephone numbers.
• Verbally interview patient and/or family in order to obtain registration information.
• Enter patient billing and clinical data.
• Identify co-payment procedures and fiscal procedures related to registration procedures.
• Complete computer and telephone pre-registrations to maintain patient flow.
• Full time position, hours will be : Week 1 Tues-Fri 8:30a-6p and 8a-12p on Saturday. Week 2 9:30a-6p Mon-Fri please. 6 major holidays closed. Training hours will be week 1: 4 days 8a-4:30p. Week 2 Tuesday Tues-Fri 8-4:30. Week 3 Mon-Fri 8-4:30. Starting week 4 will be 8:30-5 thru training, then start regular schedule.
