About The Position
This position is responsible for the first impression of Arkansas Children’s; performing basic functions relative to scheduling and registration for outpatient clinics including complete and accurate demographic and insurance information. The role includes scheduling all patient appointments, ensuring referrals are obtained, and completing registration and discharge activities. The position is full-time and part of the Centralized Scheduling and Patient Access Center.
